The AI Reader application allows you to translate content from any language to your desired language while maintaining accuracy. We hope you enjoy using it! You can access AI Reader and use its diverse features completely free of charge. However, please note that your use of this application must comply with the Terms of Use below. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the application.
A. By using or accessing our application (including all content through the AI Reader domain, subdomains, or mobile applications accessing AI Reader), you must ensure that you agree to all of the following:
B. While we will notify you of significant changes to the Terms of Service, you should regularly review the latest versions here. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify the terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by those changes.
A. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the AI Reader application, including users who are members, contributors of text, information, materials, or services on our application or forums.
B. AI Reader may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, we cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party websites. By using our application, you agree to indemnify AI Reader from any legal liability arising from your use of third-party websites.
A. To access some features of the application, you must create an account on AI Reader. You may not use another person's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activities that occur under your account, and you must keep your password confidential. You must immediately notify AI Reader of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.
B. While AI Reader will not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for losses incurred by AI Reader or others due to such unauthorized use.
C. You may not create an account if you are under 13 years old.
D. You may not register as a member of AI Reader if you are a convicted felon currently serving a sentence.
E. We encourage you to use only one account. The use of multiple accounts for any malicious activity (such as spamming low-quality posts, clicking ads to blacklist the application, or self-promotion to gain points) will result in immediate account termination. We may ban your IP address if this occurs repeatedly over a long period.
F. The application management team reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice. (However, we will only do this for accounts that violate terms or engage in malicious activities that harm the application.)
AI Reader grants you access to and use of the application as stipulated in the Terms of Service, provided that:
A. You may not repost any content from the application anywhere, including user-submitted articles.
B. You may not alter or modify any part of the application.
C. You may not access user-submitted articles or AI Reader content through any technology or means other than the application itself.
D. You may not use the application for commercial purposes. Prohibited commercial uses include any of the following actions:

You may not use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the application by sending requests to the AI Reader server in a manner that exceeds what a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a standard web browser. While AI Reader grants permission to search engine operators to use spiders to copy materials from the application, this is solely for the purpose of creating publicly searchable indices and not for caching or temporary archiving of such materials.
You may not collect any personal information, including account names, from the application, nor use the communication systems provided by the application (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. You may not solicit users of the application for fraudulent commercial purposes.
F. When using the application, you must comply with AI Reader's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
G. We reserve the right to suspend any aspect of the AI Reader application at any time.
In addition to the general restrictions stated above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of content on AI Reader:

Content on AI Reader (excluding all user-submitted articles and translation results from user-entered links or text) includes text, software, scripts, graphics, images, audio, music, video, interactive features, and the like (collectively, "Content"), as well as trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property owned by AI Reader, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Content on the application is provided to you for your personal use only and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, translated, published, performed, or exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of the respective owners. AI Reader reserves the right to refuse licensing of its application and content.
We implement measures to prevent content copying, such as replacing some text with watermarked images. You may not complain to us for being unable to copy content due to these measures.
B. You may only access user-submitted articles for:
C. You may access AI Reader content, user-submitted articles, and other permitted content under these terms. AI Reader reserves the right to refuse licensing of its content and services.
D. You may not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any content, including user-submitted articles, obtained through the application for any commercial purpose.
E. You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with AI Reader's security-related features or features that prevent or restrict copying of content or enforce use limitations.

A. As an AI Reader account holder, you may submit text, audio, images, audiovisual content, including stories, poems, polls, avatars, forum messages, or instant messages. User-submitted content is collectively referred to as "User Content." You should be aware that AI Reader does not guarantee the confidentiality of user-submitted content.
B. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting content, you affirm that: you own the license to use and authorize AI Reader to use all copyright or other rights in the content, and you agree to allow us to collect, use, and disclose any personal information displayed in the content to enable the collection and use of the content as intended by the application and the Terms of Service.
C. For clarity, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by submitting content to AI Reader, you grant AI Reader a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content on AI Reader. You also grant each AI Reader user a non-exclusive license to access your content through the application. AI Reader may store but not display, distribute, or exhibit archival copies of deleted or removed content.
D. When submitting content, you agree not to submit material protected by copyright, trade secret, or other third-party rights.
A. If you have downloaded our application from the Apple App Store, your use of the application is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
